Do I need a referral?
You will need a referral if you would like to be bulk billed ( no cost per session to you) under your white or gold card.
Referrals can be written by the following:
General Practitioner
Local Medical Officer
Medical Specialist
Treating Doctor in Hospital
Hospital Discharge Planner
If you do not have a white or gold card or are not eligible, NO REFERRAL is required but our private costs per session apply.

How much does it cost?
When using an eligible white or gold card, Champion Health will directly invoice DVA so that there is NO payment necessary for the veteran.
Bulk billing of DVA requires a GP referral and an up-to-date white or gold card.
If you do not have a white or gold card or are not eligible, NO REFERRAL is required but our private costs per session apply.
When are you open?
7am-7pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays by appointment.
