Physiotherapy

Physiotherapists are experts in diagnosing, treating and managing short-term and long-term pain conditions. Our physiotherapists provide individualised one-on-one sessions to help you reach your personal goals and results faster!

Exercise Physiology

Exercise Physiologists specialise in the prescription and execution of exercise for a broad range of conditions and injuries. Exercise Physiologists differ from Physiotherapists in that they do not specialise in managing pain or can diagnose a condition.

Dietetics

Dietitians blend coaching, food science, nutrition and technology to treat and prevent disease and maximise health. In essence, dietetics is about finding out what you love to eat and then eating as much of that as possible!

Diabetes Educator

Diabetic educators provide support and education to persons managing type 1 and 2 diabetes so that they are not impacted or restricted in any aspect of their life.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapists specialise in using physical techniques such as dry needling, acupuncture, kneading, cupping, rubbing and applying pressure to areas of the body to reduce tension, increase relaxation and improve healing or pain.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapists specialise in identifying, recording and recommending assistive technologies, home or prosthetic modifications and social groups that can significantly improve your quality of life.

Psychology

Psychologists specialise in diagnosing, treating, and managing short- and long-term mental health conditions.
